If you wear contact lenses please wear your contact lenses to the exam and also bring your glasses.

If you are a new patient please bring information about your contact lenses like the boxes or the packaging. You can also take a picture of the boxes/packaging showing the brand, power, and base curve of the contact lenses.

During your exam your eyes will be dilated so please bring sunglasses to wear after your exam as your eyes will be sensitive to the bright sunlight.
